KARIN GRACEY IS SAVING THE LIVES OF HORSES
We’d like to introduce you to someone we consider to be a hero, Karin Gracey.
Karin has dedicated much of her life to helping thoroughbreds.
For the past 22 years Karin has worked full time with thoroughbreds including working as a rider at a racetrack, but…
Karin recently lost her job after
reporting horse welfare issues to authorities.
Over the years Karin has helped save hundreds of horses from being shipped to slaughter for human consumption, and…
Karin currently has 19 thoroughbreds in her care.
Now that Karin has been let go from her job at the race track for speaking up and reporting welfare issues, her plan is to focus full time on her horse training business, where she specializes in re-training “Off the Track ThoroughBreds” AKA OTTBs.
In addition Karin has an online course for any one interested in learning how to, or more about, re-training any horse — but especially thoroughbreds.
May we humbly suggest that you:
1. Contribute to Karin’s birthday fundraiser on Facebook to help her continue to save horses. (Any amount, even the price of a cup of coffee is appreciated.)
2. Check out Karin’s videos on YouTube and subscribe to her channel here.
3. Get Karin’s FREE guide to training off the track thoroughbreds here.
4. Check out Karin’s online course at: https://www.ottbsuccess.com
Thank you in advance for supporting the very important work that Karin is doing.
With your support she can continue to save horses from being slaughtered for human consumption.
#MOHM NEEDS YOUR HELP!
We’ve been threatened by those in the horse racing industry and those who benefit from horse slaughter more times than we can count.
But we are not going away.
We are going to persist until horse slaughter no longer exists for any purpose within Australia -- and until the horse racing industry makes drastic changes.
We are going to continue our hands-on work to offer lifelong sanctuary to as many horses as possible. We generally have 20 at just one of our locations - at any given time.
We have the acreage to take on more horses as financial support allows.
